Kids With Disorders Playing In The Outdoors

This article that I found is by Tammie L. Stenger-Ramsey and Lora Curl. The title of this article is "Leave No Child Inside: Taking Physical Education Out of the Gym." This article is about how many childrens' disorders are linked to spending less time outside called “nature deficit disorder.” They gave an example with a kid with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) that when he was younger the doctor gave him many drugs to take. When he got older they spent more time outside on the weekends and all the time though the summer which allowed him to reduce the amount of medicine he was taking.
